Centennial Village will affirm the University’s mission to develop students into global citizens and encourage residents to learn about themselves, their peers, their community and the world. Thus, spaces in the village will facilitate student-faculty engagement in individual as well as small- and large-group learning.
In doing so, the village will foster personal growth and serve as a welcoming and supportive atmosphere during a student’s first year on campus. Infused with curated art that reflects both the University of Miami’s rich history as well as influences from worldly cultures, Centennial Village will provide a sense of place and belonging for the University’s diverse student population.
